Delivery and pickup
MKFrames delivers across Lagos, Abuja and Ondo State by dispatch rider, usually Bolt, and the fee depends on your area: Lagos ₦3,000–₦12,000, Abuja ₦3,000–₦9,000 and Ondo State ₦4,000–₦6,500. It is paid online with your order. Frames are printed in 2–3 working days (24 hours with rush), then delivery takes about a day in Lagos and Abuja and two in Ondo. Pickup from our Abuja studio is free.
Lagos
About one working day after production, by dispatch rider. Lagos frames leave from Shomolu, so nearby areas cost least.

Pickup
Free from UTC, Area 10, Garki, Abuja, monday to saturday, 9 am – 5 pm (closed sunday). We message you when your frame is ready; bring your order number.
How the delivery date is worked out
Your estimated date is today plus the production time (3 working days standard, 1 with rush) plus the delivery time for your area. Working days are Monday to Saturday; Sundays and public holidays are skipped.
Other areas and states
If your area isn't listed, or you're in another state, we can usually still deliver by rider or courier. Ask us on WhatsApp and we confirm the fee before you pay.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your area: Lagos ₦3,000–₦12,000, Abuja ₦3,000–₦9,000 and Ondo State ₦4,000–₦6,500 by dispatch bike. Orders with a 36×48 and 48×72 frame go by car, which costs Lagos ₦7,000–₦25,000, Abuja ₦7,000–₦18,000 and Ondo State ₦9,000–₦14,000. It is one fee per order, however many frames; you choose your area at checkout and see the exact fee before you pay. Pickup from our Abuja studio is free.
Why does Lagos Island or Lekki cost more than the Mainland?
The fee is what the dispatch rider charges for the distance, so areas further from where your frame leaves cost more. Pick your area at checkout to see its fee.
Do I pay the rider anything?
No. Delivery is paid with your order, so there is nothing to pay when the frame arrives. Please check your frame before the rider leaves.
My area isn't listed. Can you still deliver?
Usually, yes. Choose “My area isn't listed” at checkout and send the order on WhatsApp; we confirm the fee before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Lagos, Abuja and Ondo?
Yes, by courier to other states. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we confirm the courier and fee.
How are frames packed?
Every frame is packed with corner protectors and bubble wrap. Frames above 16×20 ship with acrylic glazing instead of glass to prevent breakage.
