Message us on WhatsApp
Chat with MKFrames on +234 810 368 3453. Tell us the frame you want: size, frame colour, for a word portrait the words you want, and where to deliver.
- 02
Send your photo as a document
Attach the original photo as a document, not as a normal photo, so WhatsApp doesn't shrink it. We tell you the largest size it prints sharp at.
- 03
Pay the invoice
We reply with an invoice for the frame and delivery. Pay by bank transfer or card; your order starts once the payment is confirmed.
- 04
Approve your design
For word portraits our designer sends a proof on WhatsApp. Check every word and name, then reply to approve, or ask for a change.

We print, frame and deliver
Your frame is printed and framed in 2–3 working days, then delivered by dispatch rider in Lagos, Abuja or Ondo State, or ready for pickup in Abuja.
Want to see it first?
The frame builder shows your photo at every size, on a wall next to a sofa, bed or desk, before you order. You can pay online there, or send the finished design to us on WhatsApp.
Is it the same price on WhatsApp and on the website?
Yes. Frames cost the same either way: from ₦8,000 for a basic portrait frame and ₦15,000 for a word portrait. Delivery is charged by area, the same as on the site; pickup in Abuja is free.
Why should I send the photo as a document?
WhatsApp compresses normal photos to about 1600 pixels, which only prints sharp up to 8×10. Sending it as a document keeps the original file, so it prints sharp at bigger sizes.
Can I build my frame on the website and finish on WhatsApp?
Yes. Build your frame, add it to the cart and choose "Order on WhatsApp instead" at checkout. Your size, colour, words and design number arrive in the chat; then send the photo in the same chat.
Can I get my frame faster?
Yes. Ask for rush production (₦5,000) and your frame is ready in 24 hours when the studio has capacity.
